Our unit

Our work focuses on the hydrothermal springs of oceanic ridges, on the cold fluid springs in the domain of active or passive continental margins and on the deep environments whose food chain is based on the use of detrital carbon, which represents the vast generality of the deep environment. The subsurface dimension is considered as an integral part of these ecosystems.
The sites studied are numerous.
